These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DeskHelp, a customer-support helpdesk platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the conduct of every member you invite to your workspace.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access data belonging to other workspaces, disrupting the service, or using it to store or transmit unlawful content. Each workspace's data is isolated, and you may only access data you are authorized to see.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
You retain ownership of the tickets, messages, and other content you submit to DeskHelp. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service on your behalf. We do not sell your content.
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we may modify or discontinue features over time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that affect how you use the service.
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, DeskHelp is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
